I look forward to the unexpected. When we look at ways to improve the work we do, iterative approaches allow for adjustments rather than overhauls. There is room to take some risk to examine effective means of outreach and service delivery.

My practice blends user experience with user research needs and the provision of programs. Active learning research and agile methodologies are natural connections between my current work in the academy with my previous career in web, film, and television production, project management, and educational consulting. I am committed to experimentation and collaboration in order to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of programs, partnerships, and services.
